A great place for potted plants. The patio leads to the grand cupola above the front door, and the front door is made of solid wood, with rustic accents, and has a side wood and matching window for light and extra appeal.

The foyer, which is a very nice space to receive guests and display art, has a good size coat closet, and access to the laundry room and garage.

The beach mostly has gentle waves, great for longboarding, great to listen too.

There is an on-sight property management office who do a great job of maintaining the community. A new main street was installed recently and it looks great. The pool area and palapa have also been updated. The community is in great condition.

No weekend vacation rentals are allowed in Las Ventanas so there is extra peace and quiet in the community. The shortest rental period allowed is one month.
