This condo development is located two miles south of Rosarito's tourist corridor on the ocean, near shopping, restaurants, spas and all the fun Rosarito has to share. From the condo there are panoramic views looking north and south over the ocean, along the sandy beaches with the Coronado Islands just offshore.

There are contemporary furnishings in the home with all housewares provided, you just need to bring your clothes and food. Both bathrooms have showers with tampered glass doors. From the large terrace off the living room and master bedroom you can not only enjoy the view, but also take in the clean, fresh ocean air. The kitchen is completely equipped with all your needs along with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a stacked washer and dryer. On those cold days, there is central heating to keep the place warm.

This condo is a large three bedroom corner unit. There are common areas with pools and Jacuzzi and BBQ area with picnic tables outside. Because La Jolla Real is a residential condo development with 24 hour guard service, loud parties, excessive guests and misuse of the common areas will not be tolerated. The refundable deposit will not be refunded until 7 days after check out to allow for checking and cleaning the condo.

You will be asked to sign a rental agreement which details no outside guests, parties, or fireworks and you may be escorted out of the community if you disturb neighbors.
It must be a minimum of two nights. Absolutely no smoking and no pets in the house.
Every guest will be asked to wear a wristband during their stay so the guards know you have access to the property. Wristbands are $2 USD each and will be charged by the guards when checking in.

El depósito contra daños no se reembolsará hasta 7 días después del registro de salida para permitir la inspección y limpieza del condominio.
